Recently, CNN released a news piece with correspondent Anna Coren, speaking to TYTW President and Founder Stephanie Sinclair about the worsening humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and its devastating impact on girls and women. 

95% of Afghans do not have enough to eat, and women and girls are banned from most public sectors. Girls’ safety is especially threatened, with a more than 500% increase in young girls being forced into marriage since the Taliban retook power.
